As of June 2026, the offshore recruitment space has a new member, Altitude Recruitment Limited. We are simply over the moon to take our seat in the industry we are so passionate about.
We see Altitude as a business for the people, because that’s what we care about. You.
Recruitment tends to become and feel transactional at times, and it was never meant to be that way. We want Altitude to be the remedy, to always strive for excellence in our service, but above all, hold ourselves accountable to an honest, integrous and people-driven way of working.
In building our business we asked ourselves questions like, ‘How can we deliver the most value?’ and ‘What are people hoping for in using a recruitment company?”
From the software we use, the values we hold and the processes we have created – we have curated Altitude to operate in the most harmonious, collaborative and effective fashion.
Technology – we are a young business, and an ambitious one. We know the power that lies in tech, and we have harnessed that power immediately to enhance, streamline and improve the Altitude experience.
We could not be prouder at this time, and what’s even more exciting is it’s just the beginning. There’s so much more to come from us, and what we plan to offer.
