OUR STORY

We know what we're doing, and we care how it's done.

Bill and Emilia have known each other since 1999, when they were students together at a local  primary school in Guernsey.

Their paths crossed again in 2023 through the world of recruitment,  where two and a half years of working side by side refined not just their skills, but a shared  approach to doing things properly. 

In 2026, that shared ambition became Altitude Recruitment Limited, founded, fittingly, in the  Thomas De La Rue. 

Altitude was built on a simple belief: that recruitment can be done better. Better for the people  seeking their next opportunity. Better for the businesses building their teams. Better for the  community we’re proud to be part of.
