We are working with a well-established, award-winning provider of private wealth, fund and corporate administration services that is actively investing in and expanding its Guernsey funds platform. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing team at a firm with a strong long-term commitment to Guernsey as a leading international finance centre.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain up-to-date and accurate bookkeeping across a portfolio of fund and corporate structures

• Prepare bank reconciliations, including analysis of cash payments and receipts

• Set up entity, investor and other data in the accounting system

• Prepare and proof statutory financial statements, investor reports and other specialised reporting within client and regulatory timescales

• Independently lead the client audit process

• Manage and resolve queries from colleagues, clients, advisors and auditors

• Deliver an exceptional client experience throughout the full fund lifecycle

• Adhere to company workflows, policies and procedures

Requirements

• Good knowledge of IFRS and UK GAAP

• Sound technical knowledge of financial services, including relevant regulatory and legal requirements

• Understanding of quality client service standards

• Deadline-oriented with the ability to work collaboratively and flexibly

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with strong attention to detail

• Ability to work independently and manage tasks without close supervision

• Currently studying towards ACCA, ACA or equivalent qualification
