The Opportunity

This is a fantastic entry-level role for a driven and motivated individual looking to kick-start a career in financial services operations. You’ll join a dedicated professional team and play a hands-on role in the day-to-day running of the business, with real scope to grow.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Managing the central mailbox, sorting and escalating emails as required

  • Running weekly timesheet reports

  • Supporting bookkeeping, including use of company analysis codes

  • Assisting with the preparation of quarterly management accounts and annual financial statements

  • Supporting the client billing process, including preparing invoices and quarterly billing details

  • Performing reconciliations of billing schedules and invoicing trackers

  • Assisting with regulatory and statutory filings

  • Preparing monthly payment packs and ad-hoc payments

  • Tracking and processing expenses for senior management

  • Providing front of house and reception cover as needed

  • Contributing to company-wide projects and ad-hoc operational tasks

What We’re Looking For

  • Educated to A-Level standard or equivalent (preferred)

  • No prior industry experience required – full training will be provided

  • Organised, detail-oriented and eager to learn

  • A team player with a professional approach
