We are recruiting on behalf of a privately owned financial services group that provides tailored financial and fiduciary solutions to private clients, corporations and institutions worldwide. This is a key operational hire, reporting directly to the Group COO/Head of Operations.

The Role

This is a broad, hands-on IT management position covering the full technology landscape of the group. You will be responsible for ensuring systems run effectively today while driving improvements for the future.

What You’ll Need

• Proven experience in an IT systems or operations management role

• Background in financial services, ideally with exposure to trust systems (e.g. Quantius, Viewpoint, NavOne) and/or accounting platforms (e.g. Business Central)

• Experience implementing or managing CRM systems

• Strong vendor management and stakeholder communication skills

• Comfortable operating at both a strategic and hands-on level

• Based in Guernsey or willing to relocate

• Familiarity with data reporting tools such as Power BI or Excel is a plus
