We’re partnering with a leading professional services firm to find an Innovation and Solution Design Manager to join their Business Solutions team. This strategic role sits at the intersection of innovation, design and delivery, shaping how technology, including AI, evolves across the business.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading the design and implementation of an AI strategy

• Maintaining a rolling technology roadmap to guide long-term planning

• Supporting integration, APIs and data exchange across core systems

• Testing and validating ideas through prototypes and evidence-based assessments

• Assessing benefits, costs and operational implications to support clear recommendations

• Guiding teams in adopting and maintaining new technology

About You

• Proven experience translating business needs into a technology roadmap

• Background in trust and corporate services (desirable)

• Strong understanding of solution design approaches and end-to-end technology projects

• Able to work across technical and non-technical teams with confidence

• Genuine interest in responsible innovation and emerging technology, including AI
