An exciting opportunity to join a leading independent provider of private wealth and corporate administration services business, who are seeking an experienced Client Relationship Manager to join its specialist Yacht Ownership team.

The Role

You will manage and develop a portfolio of superyacht-owning entities and associated structures, serving as the primary day-to-day contact for a discerning international clientele. Working closely with family offices, advisers, captains, banks and brokers, you will ensure seamless service delivery, sound governance, and an exceptional ownership experience.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading a team of administrators across a portfolio of private and commercial yacht-owning SPVs

• Building and maintaining trusted, long-term relationships with high-net-worth clients and stakeholders

• Overseeing compliance, corporate documentation, contracts and regulatory requirements

• Identifying opportunities to enhance the client experience and grow the client base

• Coordinating across internal specialists to ensure deadlines and service standards are consistently met

About You

• Essential: Minimum 5 years of fiduciary experience, with a strong understanding of offshore structures and governance

• Excellent relationship management skills with a confident, discreet and professional approach

• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Yacht industry knowledge is advantageous but not required

• Willingness to travel and occasionally work outside standard hours
