We’re working with a well-established insurance brokerage that is growing its team and looking for a Personal Lines Broker to join them. This is a well-rounded, client-facing role covering all aspects of personal lines insurance, from new business through to renewals and mid-term adjustments.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Managing a portfolio of renewals each month and obtaining up-to-date client information

• Creating risk presentations for insurers and negotiating terms in line with client needs

• Servicing clients with policy documentation, set-up, and ongoing support

• Handling personal lines enquiries across motor, household, marine, travel, and equine

• Managing your own diary and maintaining accurate file notes and reports

• Building strong client relationships with a focus on retention and satisfaction

• Attending client meetings off-site when required

What We’re Looking For

• Cert CII or above is desirable, but full training will be provided for the right candidate

• Excellent interpersonal skills, both over the phone and face to face

• Strong communication and presentation skills

• Good organisational and administration abilities

• Customer-focused, proactive, and positive

• Able to work independently as well as part of a team
