An independent, entrepreneurial financial services group is looking for a senior leader to transform its Client Accounting function. The business provides bespoke fiduciary services to high-net-worth private clients across multiple jurisdictions.

Reporting to the CFO, this exciting opportunity will give see you redesign the operating model, clear historical backlogs, modernise workflows, and build a scalable, future-ready client accounting function.

This is a hands-on leadership role with high visibility across the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the transformation of the client accounting operating model across multiple jurisdictions

• Set accounting policies and ensure consistently high-quality trust and corporate accounts

• Drive process improvement, workflow accountability, and capacity visibility

• Champion the adoption of technology and AI to improve efficiency

• Lead, develop, and motivate a geographically dispersed team

• Act as a senior escalation point for complex accounting and delivery issues

What We’re Looking For

• Chartered accountant with significant experience in client accounting, fiduciary, trust, or private client environments

• Proven track record in team and process transformation or restructuring

• Strong people leadership and stakeholder management skills

• Practical understanding of technology and AI in accounting operations

• French language skills and multi-jurisdictional experience are a plus
