An exciting opportunity to join a growing independant professional services business.

This position reports to the Trust Manager / Assistant Manager.  The Senior Trust Administrator takes responsibility for a designated portfolio of trusts and corporate structures and to complete all assigned tasks and processes, operating within the controls, guidelines and procedures as established by the directors/managers, including training and developing more junior members where required.

Ideal Candidate

  • Minimum 2 years relevant experience in trust field

  • Currently studying or commenced studying relevant qualification (e.g. STEP or ICSA)

  • Commitment to career in trust and corporate administration

  • Accurate written and effective verbal communication skills

  • Demonstrated commitment to quality client service

  • Detail orientated and analytical

  • Ability to work under deadlines and volume pressure while maintaining accuracy

  • Ability to take responsibility, drive and execute tasks

  • Good team skills, flexibility to business needs and change

  • Ability to prioritise urgent and important tasks

  • Skills in workload planning, self-management, and delegation

  • Proven academic record

Other Preferences

  • Ability to resolve queries and find solutions proactively

  • Maintain courteous, positive and professional manner internally and externally

  • Focus on chargeable time management

  • Responsible for cash collection and control of debtors

  • Familiarity with trust and corporate regulatory requirements

  • Ability to construct accurate written communications (letters, emails, minutes)
