CDD Analyst – FTC

This is a second-line compliance role supporting a specialist team responsible for the onboarding and ongoing CDD requirements of a high-quality private client portfolio. You will work closely with Client Services and internal stakeholders to ensure that CDD across a range of structures, including trusts, companies, foundations and partnerships, meets regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities

Analysing structures to identify relevant entities, key principals and identification subjects, and determining the appropriate level of CDD required

Reviewing, assessing and documenting CDD received, and communicating deficiencies or further requirements

Monitoring and reviewing adverse hits generated by manual and automated screening systems

Maintaining accurate records and risk factor data within the firm’s fiduciary software

Assisting with CDD-related reporting for internal committee meetings
The Ideal Candidate

Front-line compliance experience, ideally within the fiduciary sector

Solid knowledge of CDD requirements and enhanced due diligence for trusts and legal persons

Familiarity with the GFSC Handbook on Countering Financial Crime (AML/CFT/CPF)

Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail

A professional qualification in AML/CFT is advantageous

Experience with Acumen and/or Laserfiche is preferred but not essential
