Working for a collaborative global business, this team are seeking a Senior trust officer to join their close-knit team.

The successful candidate will take direct administrative responsibility for a complex portfolio of trusts, companies and other wealth structures ensuring that first class service is provided to all clients, intermediaries and other stakeholders. The role holder will work to identify and mitigate risk across their span of control and to work with their colleagues to achieve high standards of client service.

They will be responsible for supporting more junior team members than themselves from time to time.

Required experience

• Experience working with High-Net-Worth clients

• Strong experience in fiduciary field managing complex structures

• Proven track record handling technical and complex transactions

• Ideally relevant professional qualification held or in progress (e.g. STEP, ICSA)

• Ability to deliver first-class client service and exceed client expectations

• Strong risk awareness and ability to work within defined risk parameters

Nice to Haves

• Experience coaching or supporting junior team members

• Knowledge of current fiduciary industry issues

• Ability to identify new business opportunities and increase client service levels

• Commercial awareness including time recording, utilisation, and working capital management
