We are recruiting for a manager to join a specialist marine services team, based in Guernsey. This is a client-facing leadership role overseeing the administration and management of a portfolio of special purpose vehicles (SPVs).

The Role

You will act as the senior point of contact for a portfolio of clients, managing the yacht-specific aspects of their structures and liaising with captains, family offices, and advisors as required. You will lead a small administration team (3 direct reports) and work closely with the Head of on new client onboarding, transactions, and service reviews.

Key Responsibilities

• Senior client relationship management for ownership structures

• Management of transactions, including sale and purchase

• Ongoing oversight of VAT, customs status, and ownership documentation

• Line management and development of the administration team

• Ensuring team compliance with policies, KPIs, and SLAs

• Review of ad hoc contracts and agreements

Skills and Experience

• Background in trust and corporate services, with strong fiduciary and compliance knowledge

• Self-motivated and organised, with the ability to delegate effectively

• Commercial awareness and understanding of service value

• Ability to review and edit contractual agreements

• Knowledge of SPV’s is desirable but not essential
