A leading fiduciary services firm is looking for an experienced Trust Supervisor to join their Guernsey team. This is a great opportunity for a driven professional to take ownership of a varied portfolio of offshore companies and trusts while leading a small administration team.

The Role

You will oversee the day-to-day management of a complex portfolio, acting as a B signatory to client bank accounts and operating boards. Responsibilities include reviewing and approving payments and board resolutions, maintaining statutory records, and liaising with clients, intermediaries, and internal departments across legal, accounting, and taxation matters. You will also play a key role in mentoring junior staff and supporting team management.

What You’ll Need

• A minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience in trust and company administration

• Working towards or holding a professional qualification such as STEP Certificate or Diploma

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

• Proven ability to supervise a team and manage competing deadlines with minimal oversight
