An exciting opportunity for a Trust Manager to join a collaborative business, with the primary purpose of managing and administering trusts, companies and other investment vehicles. This position requires a blend of technical expertise, client service skills, and leadership capabilities.

• Experience & Qualifications

  • Ideally minimum 10 years Trust Administration experience, however open to less than this

  • STEP qualification or partly qualified

  • UK citizen or legally eligible to work in Guernsey

• Technical Skills

  • Strong knowledge of AML/regulatory framework, FATCA/CRS principles

  • Ability to review legal and tax advice and interpret relevant advice

  • Experience reviewing financial statements

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel

• Client Service & Leadership

  • Experience managing a varied portfolio of trusts, companies, and investment vehicles

  • Proven client service skills; main point of contact for clients

  • Ability to mentor junior staff and contribute to team development

  • Signatory authority for client banking structures

• Communication & Organisation

  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English

  • Exceptional organisational skills with attention to detail

  • Demonstrable problem-solving skills
