Compliance Administrator

This role is responsible for supporting the company’s compliance, risk management and regulatory framework through monitoring, testing and analysis activities. Working closely with operational teams and senior management, the position undertakes customer due diligence and risk assessments, reviews compliance records, investigates potential compliance issues, and provides guidance on regulatory requirements and best practice. The role also supports compliance reporting, staff training, regulatory submissions and the maintenance of compliance registers, helping to ensure the business operates in accordance with applicable regulations, internal policies and risk management standards.
Must Haves

Qualifications: Minimum 5 GCSEs (Grade C or above) including English and Maths

Experience: At least 1 year in a compliance role

Knowledge: Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook; knowledge of local regulatory requirements

Skills: Good organisation, communication, attention to detail, analytical skills; ability to maintain confidentiality; clear and concise communication in English; ability to follow detailed policies and procedures

Personal Qualities: Good social and presentation skills; self-motivated and diligent; proactive in seeking new tasks and improving standards
Nice to Haves

Professional qualification in Compliance (hold or studying towards)

Experience in pensions or Trust & Company Administration
Other Preferences

Candidate should be able to support compliance monitoring activities and testing as per Compliance Monitoring Plan

Ability to conduct customer due diligence, source of funds/wealth assessments, and risk evaluations

Experience or willingness to assist with compliance reporting, training, and maintenance of compliance registers
