This is a great opportunity for a driven and talented individual to make a real difference as part of a dedicated and professional team.  The Fund Accountant will be part of a team providing accounting and financial reporting services for established and new real estate and private equity funds and special purpose vehicles.  

Must Haves

• Minimum 3 years experience in fund accounting or audit focused on private equity and real estate funds

• Strong understanding of UK GAAP, IFRS, and relevant accounting standards

• Part qualified or fully qualified in ACA, ACCA, or CIMA

Role Requirements

• Provide accounting and financial reporting services for real estate and private equity funds and SPVs

• Prepare and review financial statements, management accounts, consolidations, VAT reporting, bank debt covenant reporting, NAV calculations, cash flow forecasting

• Prepare investor capital account statements, distribution and drawdown calculations and notices

• Plan and support year-end audit processes

• Monitor junior team members’ workload and provide coaching

• Develop strong client relationships and understand client structures and agreements
