The position is a full time (35 hours) permanent role and forms part of the Crew Payroll team. The successful candidate will report to the Crew Payroll Manager and provide day-to-day payroll administration support for crew employees.
Key Responsibilities

Assist with the processing of crew payroll across agreed payroll cycles.

Input, validate and maintain payroll data, including starters, leavers, salary changes, allowances and deductions.

Review timesheets and supporting documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.

Maintain up-to-date payroll records, ensuring compliance with tax, social security and employment requirements.

Act as a point of contact for payroll queries, resolving issues where possible and liaising with internal teams as needed.

Support reporting, audits and the Crew Payroll Manager, ensuring accurate data, confidentiality and adherence to data protection standards.
